Bay Bacha Official offers a 7-day return policy. This means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with original tags attached and in the original packaging. There must also be a genuine reason for the return.

Valid reasons for return include receiving an incorrect size when a different size was ordered, receiving an item that does not match the design ordered, or receiving a product that is torn, damaged, or defective.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at baybachaofficial@gmail.com. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your parcel. The return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

Items sent back without first requesting and receiving approval for a return will not be accepted. For return address details, please contact us directly.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, torn, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including custom-made or personalized products, personal care items, perishable goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to return the original item first. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order separately for the desired item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund.
